Level 1 Social Value Foundations is a one-day training held together on the first day of the more comprehensive Level 2 Social Value and SROI Practitioner Training. The Level 1 training is meant for people who wish to understand the basic theoretical knowledge of SROI. The Level 2 training is meant for those who wish to apply SROI methodologies to their projects.

While we highly recommend taking the Level 2 Social Value and SROI Practitioner Training, it is not compulsory.

  • If you have been in the Social Value and IMM field long enough, you should be able to complete the assessment without an issue.
  • If you are completely new to the field, and your knowledge of Social Value is fresh, we suggest to take your time and go through the intensive training, which provides you with ample opportunity to ask the trainers questions and apply your knowledge in your own Personal Application Project (PAP)

We want to provide ample opportunity for applicants to really digest the information without being overwhelmed. This also helps busy professionals who may not be able to commit to a full 3-day training

Yes, if you have completed the Level 1 Foundation Training, you can upgrade your package to include the Level 2 Practitioner Training at a pro-rated value. Drop us an email at anytime so that our team can assist you in your enrolment

Our training recordings are uploaded within 24 hours. You can review the recording at your leisure! You are still expected to submit all required assignments at the given due date.

[IMPORTANT] HRDF Grantees must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance throughout the training. HRDC does not accept medical certificates or any other reasons for absence. Level 1 Social Value Associate Status is for individuals who want to demonstrate their theoretical knowledge of Social Value and SROI to their network.

Level 2 Social Value Accredited Practitioner and Level 3 Social Value Advanced Practitioner are professional qualifications for those actively engaged in Social Value – whether through practice, advocacy, or advancing the Social Value Movement in their field.

Only Level 3 Advanced Practitioners are authorized to conduct SROI training.

Unlike the Level 1 Social Value Associate status, the Level 2 Social Value Accredited Practitioner status requires applicants to conduct, monitor, evaluate and report on a project based on the 8 social value principles.

The timeline for successfully attaining this status depends on many factors such as whether your project has been completed, the duration of your project, whether you are conducting a SROI forecast or evaluation.
